返回指定时间的月份编号。

   );

参数

date

[in] 自1970年1月1日午夜（00:00:00）以来经过的秒数表示的日期时间。

返回值

指定时间的月份编号（1-1月，2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9，10，11，12）。
